In patients with chronic steno-occlusive disease, the ability to maintain normal cerebral blood flow by reducing vascular resistance secondary to autoregulatory vasodilation is compromised
Pediatric: CrCl 10-50: give q12h; CrCl<10: avoid use, HD/PD: not defined
Oral: Initial doses should begin at the low end of the dosage range
